| 2. How Do I request a quote? |
Request for quotes can be emailed, faxed or mailed to the following information:

Repair Tooling Requests |
An Online Tool Inquiry form is also available.
Quotes are generally completed and returned to customers within a couple days or by the requested due date. Prices are quoted net unless stated otherwise.
Please note: Repairs - upon review of quote, Customer must inform us to proceed with repair verbally or by faxed Order
| 3. What is standard Delivery? |
Design & Build – Standard delivery on custom tools is 8 weeks upon the receipt of the purchase order. Rush deliveries are available for an additional cost if requested by customer.
Repair Tooling - Standard delivery on custom tools is 4 weeks upon the receipt of the purchase order. Rush deliveries are available for an additional cost if requested by customer.

Please reference our quote number on all purchase orders. Once processed UTS will fax or e-mail an acknowledgment to the buyer.
**One-day rush quotes need to be ordered by noon to receive items the next day. One-day rush orders received later than noon cannot be guaranteed a next day delivery!
First Time Customers: In the event of an Order, first time customers must pay by Credit Card or COD until an Open Account is established. Credit Applications will be faxed with the acknowledgement of the first order.
