About Us

In 1988 Ultra-Dex Tooling Systems started out in the back room of a gas station with 2 employees and minimal machinery. Over the past 20 years we have expanded into two buildings with over 60 employees divided into 3 divisions.

The Ultra-Dex Tooling Systems division continues to design, build and repair indexable tooling. The Beamer Division of Ultra-Dex offers Laser Marking Systems as well as the Pro-Pen Marking System. The Ultra-Dex USA division manufactures and stocks a full line of Carbide, Steel, Heavy Metal and Modular Boring Bars. They also manufacture and stock a full line of CAT Holders, Straight Shank Holders, Shell Mills and Jacobs Tapers.
